Tell me what you’re building.

I’m a Full Stack Lead in Gurugram, and I’ve spent the last several years on systems where being roughly right is the same as being wrong — wealth platforms, a School ERP at 3,500 schools, multi-tenant SaaS. If you’re weighing an architecture decision, staffing a build, or trying to work out whether an AI feature is worth shipping, I’d like to hear about it.

The fastest way to reach me. I read everything and reply to anything concrete within two working days — including the ones I have to turn down.

What I take on

  • Technical lead on a product build

Owning delivery end to end — architecture, the team, and the calls about what not to build. This is what I do at ProsperTech and India Accelerator, and what I did through the School ERP work.

  • Multi-tenant SaaS, from the tenancy model up

Where isolation lives, how a new tenant gets onboarded without a redeploy, and per-tenant branding that doesn’t need a build step. Usually cheapest to get right before the second customer.

  • WealthTech and back-office finance systems

NAV pipelines, corporate actions, reconciliation, holdings and valuation, and integrations with RTAs, KRAs and custodians — the work where a number that’s close is still a defect.

  • AI features on a product that already exists

RAG that stays grounded, LLM assessment that produces evidence rather than verdicts, and an honest read on whether the feature earns its place at all. I’ve removed as much of this as I’ve shipped.

  • A second opinion, in an afternoon

An architecture review, a build-versus-buy call, or a roadmap read as a business case. Short, paid, and often the cheapest thing on this list.

Probably not a fit

  • Design-led marketing sites

I can build one, but you’d be paying backend rates for work a specialist does better.

  • Rescuing a codebase nobody is left to explain

I’ll look, and sometimes the answer is a rewrite you don’t want to hear. Worth knowing before we start.

  • Anything needing full-time on-site outside the NCR

I’m in Gurugram and work with teams anywhere, but I’m not relocating.

What helps in a first message

  • What the system has to do

One paragraph on the problem beats a feature list. I mostly need to know what breaks if it’s wrong.

  • Where it is today

Greenfield, a running product, or a prototype somebody wants to put in front of real users — the answer changes almost everything.

  • Shape and timing

Whether you’re after a lead, a contributor, or a review, and roughly when. Budget ranges are welcome and never held against you.

Elsewhere

If you’d rather see the work before writing, the projects and the writing are the honest version of what I’d say on a call anyway.
